    Hmm, 4Runners appear to be different in this respect. The AC idle up on 95-97 tacomas with 5VZ and 3RZ is done by a secondary solenoid. I removed mine last night actually, but your doesn't appear to be there or have ever been there since I don't see a plug for it either. So maybe you do have a fucky IAC

    Dashpot, makes it so you cannot close the throttle entirely abruptly. Keeps it cracked just a tiny bit for a second when you let off fast to avoid the rich spike emissions.

    BOV and a MAF, there's your real problem, that's a recipe for an extreme rich condition during decel that results in a stall... actually having the stock computer, boost, and a MAF ain't a great recipe either haha.
