That sounds almost like you need a running cap tbh. Removing it once started, the inertia should be enough to keep it spinning

    Do it.
Thought about getting ceramic done but I don't know if it's worth it where I am.

    AWE sounds worth it though....

That does sound good and something else on my list haha
I want something not too loud, so might just do a high flow cat and resonator. Don't wanna waste too much on it - the factory exhaust is pretty good as is

I reached out to a detailer and spoke to him for like 15 mins about what I wanted and then never heard from him again, so that's the universe telling me to do it myself like everything else haha. Just need to find the right materials. Need sanding blocks, flexible sanding discs for my DA, etc

My bad, I thought I was talking run cap sizing this whole time. Don't know if yoy saw what I was originally talking with Miguel about but the manufacturer sent out a 22 microfarad cap with the fan. With that installed the unit will start but only run about 20min. I did some shitty cap sizing napkin calculations and found it should be 37 microfarads. I didn't have one so I used a 40 +/- 6% and it ran for an hour and a half before shutting off

It's acting (to me) like the draw from the fan is draining the cap quicker than it can stay charged and instead of buying a whole bunch of different sizes I was hoping to find the real required maths necessary to get the correct size in microfarads

Ahhh.. Well I can do that too with some inductance assumptions. You're just going to be varying the power factor with the sizing so idk why it would turn off on its own unless it's tripping a thermal switch. Once it's going you're just using a cap to increase electrical efficiency

I'm the same, don't want anything obnoxious. Your stock exhaust is much better than these though I'd bet.
As for the paint, I don't know how much I trust myself for that level of detail haha. Have you done it before?
Sucks they never got back to you.

I've done a little paint correction before, ya, but never knocking it down with sandpaper. Seen a few vids on it, doesn't seem too hard..

Also getting bored with just the tune power, need a hybrid turbo next haha

I don’t know why, but there’s something so inexplicably Arizona about this picture.

It's the cookie cutter houses that all look exactly the same and are spaced exactly two human widths apart from each other packed in like sausages in the world's biggest meat dehydrator. All painted the same color in stucco with the same roofs and the same yards.

Oh fuck ya, same, totally forgot about that
Ya I have it set to stage 3 on 91 lol. The turbo flutters so I know it's surging (too small). It's around 350HP, I'd like to push it closer to 450, or as high as possible on 91 since it's hard to get 93 or E85 out where I am
