A month ago I had an alignment done after getting a new steering rack installed. Most of my driving is around town/back roads doing a max of maybe 60 sometimes, mostly slower. Steering seemed fine, no obvious issues BUT a friend of mine borrowed my truck and drove on the interstate and asked me later how long it's been pulling to the left.
I recently drove a couple hours on the interstate myself and for the entire trip it pulled to the left, no matter what lane I was in.

So....did the shop not do a proper alignment? Why doesn't it show a problem going slower?

I took it back to the shop and currently waiting to see what they say but wanted some additional info before I pick it up.

Posting your alignment numbers might reveal something. Otherwise it's just guesswork.

Tires and tire pressures can cause pull too. So be sure pressures are equal and you don't have one worn wonky or with a bad belt.

I’ve been having steering issues as well. I’ve gone over the entire front end. Inner and outer tie rods and rack and pinion. Upper and lower ball joints brand new shocks/struts. I also had to replace a bushing/needle bearing on driver side in the differential. That bearing caused drag on driver side and it pulled that direction. I guess that bearing going bad is quite common. I’m still having issues with wheel jerk when I hit bumps though. Trying to figure out what’s causing that.

Caster has a strong effect on Tacoma and it pulls to the least.
The shop didn’t try to adjust camber or caster, they did the quick “toe and blow” method. It should drive better and it’s not that far out of spec, but ideally you want camber and caster to be almost identical left and right.

Not bad. But I'd want a bit more caster, and equal both sides. I'd like a camber closer to 0 and equal both sides.

With the current numbers what kind of tire wear should I expect? If I'm understanding things right, my tires are slightly tilted out at the top?

Mostly stock. I added 3rd gen front shocks, different wheels but 265/70/16 stock tire size.

Being stock everything looks okay but I'd prefer 0 or negative > positive camber if you want best/even tire wear. Positive camber means you're riding more on the outer edge of the tire which only increases when turning.

You should be good to go. It looks like it was the Toe that was way off.

Take it down the interstate & see if it "wanders". Lots of variables with an alignment.

    Good luck :)
