    As a Texan, NewMex-Mex, without question.

    Tex and Cali styles have their unique and highly varied highlights. Az is just northern Mexico authentic, which you can find pretty much in any southern state.

    I have to disagree, Hermosillo food is different than Tijuana food, is different than Juarez food…sure the basics are the same but there are stark differences in the way traditional dishes are made.


    Also TexMex, NewMex, whatever you wanna call it, isn’t hot enough, it’s bland and watered down, in my opinion anyway.
