Any of you mess with a Marshall bluesbreaker pedal? I'm about finished building one, waiting on a switch I forget to order. Interested in seeing what all the fuss is about with these.

I've always been aware of the pedal, but don't think I've ever actually played through one. Would be interested to hear your thoughts once you've got it up and running.

In other news, for some reason I decided to buy a bass and bass amp today. (Never mind the straw on the grill cloth, had to transport some straw in the back of my jeep earlier this week and it got everywhere; back was the only place I had room to bring the amp home in. Didn't realize I'd missed a few pieces until I posted this, lol). I've been told I have until end of day to learn another one bites the dust; guess I should get off the internet and get back to slappin'.

That looks sweet. Have yet to play a bass. I know as soon as I do, I will want one.

That’s what happened with me. I repaired a buddy’s acoustic and then decided I’m designing and building my own. Someday I’ll finish it lol. Since it was taking so long I slapped a P bass together. I have an Ampeg Micro stack for those.

This Tele was my last customer build. He had the body artwork painted by a friend, I did all the prep, 2k clear, and assembly and then got her set up.

I wasn’t crazy about the build at first but I ended up very happy with the results. I have a Strat coming up for the same client and will be painted in the same style.

Looks pretty good. I like the clear pickguard to not cover the work under it. Last one I did was a kinda burst and didn't want to put a guard over it to cover all that work I did, so I made a half pickguard. I still need to get the bit to do a proper bevel. The dremel bit I have to make bevels is a POS. Not sure how anyone would use it without damaging your work. There is no bearing on it to ride. Just is smooth. Stewmac has a bit I may order.

Are these kits you buy, or online instructions and you scavenge the parts?

This one used a pcb so I didn't have to build from a schematic and then you gotta source the parts. The pcb will include a list of parts you will need and specs.

I cheated, the owner ordered it off Amazon lol. I don’t have a proper bit either. I would probably try to cut on on the cnc at work.
