Well that adds some appeal….a peel…..

Depends if real sharp sour dough. If not could be tasty

 

Those are three words I've never heard together before.

 

It all started with having extra bananas, and thinking "hmm I wonder about dessert focaccia" and then now we're here.

I'm confused

Serve it with olive oil ice cream?

 

Squidly Diddly and several brews. Eating freaky Calamari.

 

Chocolate sourdough focaccia with Nutella and maybe cherry jam(saw this in the store for the 1st time) or raspberry jam. Or touch of Fluff.

 

Made turkey tenderloins with Bells seasoning, S&P, 2 T butter, 1/4 c bud light. 2 tenderloins wrapped in foil separately on 350 for 2 hours in glass baking dish. Easy peesey.

 

I think next time I'ma do it with some berries, or bananas. (Technically bananas are a berry, strawberries aren't )

 

It is the sourdough part that messes me up

What, never heard of sweet and sour?

nah it comes out good! I'm going to try experimenting with not having to keep a starter around though, using a biga instead. Still need to deal with it for the cook but don't have to maintain it in the meantime. I think my next bake will be that way.
