Morning my fellow Taco eaters and lovers. Welcome @TacomaGal68 ! I'm a Philly fan, but on the other side of the state....I'm a burg fan. So weird how the same state can be so different though.
Anyway, just got back from my VA appointment and the timing sucks. My knee is on a pain scale a 8-9 of 10. Just one of those days where it doesn't want to bend as well. Time for a pill or shot! lol

I was wondering when you would see that.

CBBB32E1-753E-4AA8-B786-4D02FA69CA2F.jpg It’s kinda funny, this whole medical situation is because of dehydration. I mean I have health issues because I’m 65 and have not treated my body like a temple. STAY HYDRATED

I have all kinds of stuff wrong with me, but controllable. The dizziness is caused by dehydration, which causes other problems.

That’s great that it’s that simple!! Did they say just drink more water or did they tell you to supplement with anything?

Welcome. Copy and paste the questions from Wessa's post below and answer them for the rest of us to judge you appropriately.

Mine too; I can't count how many times I've seen that movie over the years, but I'd be a big number if I could.
