Same here. The brake light gasket, and I can’t recall which other, if any.

After reading about all the issues on this forum that these trucks have, i just have to assume every truck is totaled before it drives off the lot.

I got the third brake light TSB letter months ago but haven’t bothered.

If it’s just a new gasket from the outside maybe I’ll get it done by them, but if the headliner is involved, not a chance.

I can’t recall if the headliner was dropped, but that’s the first thing I checked! So I hear the concern. Thankfully I have found a decent dealer in Simi Valley. Won’t ever go back to Northridge though!!!

I’ll take a picture for you just in case you change your mind. I like the trim piece they added.

They just glued a trim ring around my original light, thankfully they didn't mess around taking anything apart.

@Junkhead, I dig the look compared to the ‘23 I recently saw.

Yes. and/or you can see the camera/sensor with surrounding black edge around it. Which is sitting below the rearview mirror. It's a '18 or up. I am not talking about the GoPro mount which is sitting a bit away (about 3 inches away) from rearview mirror.

'18 and up have Entune 3.0 head unit... '17 and below have 2.0.

Thought there might be a couple more recalls. So the truck has had 3, all taken care of. Totally forgot about the fuel pump!

$35k and not enough paperwork / history to verify what year the truck is? I’m missing something here. I have a ‘23 I’ll “let go” for $60k if interested.

Wouldn't that be a reason to avoid them? Some of his work and ideas are evident, not sure to trust and have confidence in him when it comes to tools and assembly. Just my $.02, but i am not impressed.

Hmm if it’s just a trim ring then I might go to the dealer. Probably not though haha.

Doesn’t look to bad no. I might just put a bead of exterior silicone around my light.

Part of my job is re/re caulking so I can do a nice clean bead.

Unfortunately I don’t trust any Toyota dealer around me.

    They ruined it for me.
