Need to take one during hurricane season. I hear there's a huge discount

Geez, I don't want to work while at work...much less when I'm home

 

I don't have much of a choice, unless I wanna live in weeds up to my neck

 

Think they just change course lol. Not much of a discount. Best time to go is when we are going. Before spring break and after the holidays so everyone tapped out on money so cruises are the cheapest and the cruises arnt packed lol

 

I saw a commercial on YT the other day about European cruises up the river systems. Looked pretty cool.

Is that price per person? The Grand European Tour for 15 days at $4299(plus air fair) doesn't seem too bad for what it is. Roughly $300 a day.....if that's per couple

 

pretty sure that's per person and dude that's extremely expensive. Our ship like $1,400 a person and there far more stuff to do than on a river cruise.

 

How many days were you on the ship?

Roughly $100 a day cheaper...not bad

I "built" the Christmas on the Danube cruise. 6K for a couple after airfare. For what it is, I still don't think it's that bad. I didn't go into what the "tours" were though.

Thats for a river cruise which has significantly less stuff to do entertainment etc.. Less exciting to me TBH. Very small ship compared to a sea cruise. Id probably get board. On our 7 day cruise we were on, it was by no means a small ship and i found myself wanting to see new stuff on ship by day 6. But i guess thats just how i am.

For me i wouldn't pay all that money for a river cruise

 

I wouldn't pay for any cruise...so I understand

Stick a gun to my head and make me pick, I'm taking 3 different countries and 6 tours to get off the boat as much as possible I'm a Pisces that doesn't enjoy the water like I should or some shit for whoever follows signs and stuff

My dream vacay is in the mountains

 

Theyve got sea cruises that do that same thing basically. Our cruise was 3 ports and 2 different countries. We could have made it as expensive as we wanted and done the 15 day that takes you to Europe and a ton of ports over there. I enjoy both types of vacations mountains and seas. Different moods for me. Plus i have a wife so i have to do what she wants 80% of the time to get to do what i want 20%

 

I'm afraid of sharks.......so I'm not trying to be Jaw's midnight snack

 

Somebody may be coming tomorrow to get the trailer(RTT/bedrack is staying with me)......so I may be 1 step closer to my utility bed

 

Good first 4 days of vacation. Crystal River, Ginnie Springs and now in Port St Joe after an afternoon at St George Island. Wanted to camp there but everywhere was booked. So we had to grab a condo.
