So like most guys that like to grill, and have an assortment of grills, grilling accessories, and propane burners, gridles and the like. I too have one of these....
    upload_2023-3-8_8-47-24.jpg

So that being said, my wife and I watch alot of cooking videos on youtube when a show ends and its just a bit early for bed. I really like watching the Asian guys do their thing with woks. And who the fuck doesn't like Chinese food. So I finally bought a really nice wok, gets here today, and since I know this fucker blows flame like an F16 in afterburner I know it will cook like those guys in the video's and I know I have the skill.

Its not really "grilling" per say, but man, I can't wait cook with it. Here's the wok I bought, of course I got the bamboo scrubber and the same spatula, spoon and straining spoon those guys all use.

I'm having a PGA Championship party Sat and Sun. One day its going to be Crispy Pork Belly and the other is going to be Thai Fried Chicken. Can't wait.

Here is the fried chix recipe and the crispy pork belly. Can't tell me it doesn't look delicious.

    https://youtu.be/cIpiVkm3KAY

I'll post the pork belly recipe when I find it. My nephew has it as well, so I know I'll find it. We do a lot of grilling together.

Hell yeah it is. Plus its a fast meal cooking at high heat. Been watching a shit ton of wok cooking videos and recipes. Kind of excited to try a bunch of them now that I got the right gear of course. Always about the gear.....obviously.
