I scavenged an old foam kitchen mat my wife threw out. Double sided tape to attach it. I can kneel on it for hours to dig into the bed under my softopper.
    It's waterproof too.

I went with mobtown plate and cap. I put the factory piece back on. It's quite a bit heavy so I added a cheapo hydraulic shock that works great with assisting with lowering. Just have to manually tuck the cable when closing. Liking it so far

Oooo I think that's the way I'll go, then I don't have to put my cutting skills to the test.

I am running the All-Pro Off-Road tailgate table and its been amazing.
Food-grade polyethylene so it also subs for a very nice cutting board and makes for one less thing to worry about having to loading up.

Larry I found it in the carpet isle at Home Depot
And Do Not use carpet. Pine needles sand ect ect. This just wash and rinse when you do your truck bed. I don’t want a wet carpet.
keep it simple stupid is my motto.

You could cut in Half and have two pieces, but I used about 13 1/4” I think. It looks really good.
Went to Costco this morning tire Center winter to summer tires and they Costco workers climbing in loved it .
What more can I say, spend 200-$500. No thanks.

I have the Hooke Road one. If you're in a hot climate it may warp a bit. We had a really hot summer last year and mine warped a tiny bit. It isn't noticeable unless you're looking for it. Otherwise it's been great. I only noticed it after reading about others with similar ones then I looked.
