    I always turn my restaurant burgers upside down. The top bun tends to be thicker and hasn't been soaked with sauce since being plated.

    agree, not a fan of silly looking impractical towers. (early 2000 plating nightmare)

    Food is to be eaten, not worn.

    I do not prefer olives on nachos, but I’ve literally never seen green olives used before. I need to look into where olives came into the scene

    Lots of Cuban and Puerto Rican stewed meats will use green olives or capers as an offset ingredient. I ALWAYS use them in my empanadas.
