Well I feel like it looks super clean and for 600 more get more get a real lift. At the same time Bilsteins have a lifetime warranty. Will the ride quality suffer with the 3rd setting on the Bilsteins? Also i dont want the nose to be high. I just want the front to be level with the back. Just trying to figure out which is the best ride quality and reliable option tbh

What was your quote for the OEM lift? I see it online for 1800, but that doesn't include install. For a similar price you could get Bilstein 6112/5160s. I can't speak to the ride quality impacts between the two. I do know that most on here would recommend at minimum an add-a-leaf over blocks for the rear.

I think a lot comes down to how often you load up the truck.
If the answer is "Not very often", then go with 1.25" lift with the 5100's up front, and forget about the rears, unless you have 85K or more on them.
If you feel you need more clearance. go with the OEM Toyota lift kit.
If you load up the truck often, get AAL and/or airbag suspension in addition.
