I tried to hot glue the pivot on my desk monitor arm and it didn't work. MF is cranked tight as can be and still angles the monitor away from me lol

Neighbors fence fell into my yard and they have larger dogs. Out of the 3 sides of the fence around my house one side was there first and is "owned" by two different neighbors. Neither really want to cooperate with my landlord.

I'm inclined to go out there with some deck screws and band-aid fix that side just to keep their loud dogs away from me. Did that at my last rental and that fix is still up somehow. Two posts completely rotted out and I just got creative with some 2x4s.

Actually I could drill a hole in the arm and use a zip tie to hold it at the right angle

Also they didn't have the top part for actually getting the stud in, so it'd only be finger tight (if I could even get it in at all)

Fuck you're telling me man! Even with our commercial discount this stuff is almost 30 bucks a fluid oz. Thankfully the green retaining compound only goes on a few select things... most every other bolt in out production gets red tho
