cylinder 2 misfire when engine super cold

So this winter here in SoCal, the temps got into the low to mid 40s when I was starting my truck in the mornings. It would start idling high for about 10 seconds, then the idle would lower....and then the trac off indicator came on and there would be no power when revving my engine. If I shut off my truck, then started it again, it would be fine. So when using an obdii device, it said cylinder 2 misfire. It still did it after having all cylinders replaced and the coil on number 2 replace also. When I took it back into the shop, they cleaned the fuel lines with some product for a tank of gas, but the same things occurred. However, now that it's warming up some, it doesn't do it anymore. When I told the shop about my situation now, they said it still could be fuel injector problems, which would then cost me upwards of $500. Does anyone have any insight on the symptoms I have provided?

Super cold for here , and just over 50k. Truck was a family transfer. Original owner only put 17k on it before I got it in 2018.
