Where'd you end up getting Shimano drivetrain parts? I haven't looked real recent, but I've had a lot of trouble finding parts.

A couple places, competitive cyclist has some stock.
Jenson had some, but most came from Performance

That's fine, I'm not gonna be too picky for this build. It's an alloy frame getting built for tough rocky rides and abuse that I don't want to put the carbon through.
    I sent you a msg.

Doing the White Rim as an overnighter in about three weeks and it was nice enough to get out today and start dialing in the bag setup. 40mi RT to work is officially the most mileage I’ve put in all year. Seems fine…

Figured you guys would get a kick out of this:

Thinking about trying some crankbrothers eggbeaters for shits and giggles. Looking to get some cleats and Amazon is offering flat stamp pedals bundled with the cleats and shoe shields lol

Picked up my SJ Evo today. Of course after such a mild winter, it's freezing today lol. Regardless, this thing looks wicked in person.

Haha honestly what I have coming won’t be much of a surprise. How I build it out is still a bit of a work in progress though. Will definitely be unique to me and tickle my pickle.

Anyone looking to get rid of a functional 31.6mm dropper post that has external cable routing?

Thanks. I took it for a quick spin just around my house. Feels very smooth. Can't wait to get on trails.

Also, didn't realize my Renthals from my previous Stumpy won't for. Evo bars are thicker. Oh well. I'll just run stock ones. Might sell Renthals to a friend.

It was a Spur. Its a phenomenal short travel bike. I wanted one all COVID but went with my Pipedream Sirius since Ive always wanted a steel hardtail and the availability is there. Transition is still sold out of half their stuff so finding one for the price I want is hard, but if I find a frame only option new or reasonably used locally, Id really have to think about it.
