That would make the perfect cruise around the Lake truck. Needs to be dropped a little.

 

Damn that's not at all as expensive as I expected it to be, S-Runners in low miles/good condition aren't easy to find anymore. Especially considering its a dealer

Would need to run the Carfax to see why. Hail damage or theft can do some weird things to a vehicles title.

My car has a significant ding on its history on Carfax showing moderate damage to 3 of the 4 sides including the roof, but it was presumed to be hail and parked under a tree saved the right side. All the damage was repaired and I havent found anything to suggest there's damage beneath the skin.

According to the self evaluation i just completed, I am the best worst employee this company has ever seen.

 

We don't really do our evaluations in my department anymore because there's only like six of us and we keep an entire 12 school and five administrative building district running. It just wouldn't happen if one of us wasn't pulling our weight or we didn't work together well

 

Makes sense. Ours is foisted upon us by the mothership, although I’m pretty sure boss man translates it into a number on his excel sheet when calculating raises.

Is the turnover pretty low in your group?

 

There has been one person fired in 18 years and two have left because they moved to other states. It's very low turnover haha

I’m the newest here at 3 years and change, and we’ve got one guy at 37, and then everyone in between. Definitely my favorite people I’ve ever worked with. Rest of the company….meeeeh

 

I like working for a school district but this one specifically had pretty low pay when I started. But they brought in a new superintendent that revamped the whole pay scale and really made it competitive and then I got offered an administrative position so I'm sticking it out right now hoping that when my boss retires in less than a year I can go from my lower administrative position to his position

Ah nice. Does he do technical stuff or is it purely managerial?


My boss is sharp, but he has no idea what I do. None of us want his job, or could do his job, when he retires. Gonnna be interesting when he does.

 

Yeah thankfully it's still a position where I got to do some field work too if I get it
