@fatfurious2 and I grabbed some grub and got some photos. The weather was super weird, still raining a bit but the sun was trying to come out. No filter on these. Just raw photos with regular and portrait mode on my S22 Ultra.

 

lol thanks man! Yeah I can’t tell you how much of a relief it was to have that done finally and done professionally. There were a couple nasty patches of rust forming on the spots where my sliders were mounted to the frame after I took them off the truck.

Now she looks brand new again and will stay that way for life.

If I decide not to be lazy, gotta swap out cam bolts with ones with octagon plates and hope I can bend the bent cam tabs back till I can get new tabs welded.
While this should only take an hour, I bet it’ll take me longer cuse something won’t play well

Edit- it’s too cold for anything right now, maybe this afternoon and I’ll find motivation somewhere.

@Taco1004 I pulled the spacers off today. As you can see they look new. Hopefully your friend at work likes them. Paying it forward. Maybe we can get them to you through the express.

 

Exactly what I have on my truck now until I get bilsteins, I know people love to hate them but I think they’re pretty decent as a short term solution.

 

Saw this classic on the JFX today.

 

After an initial test drive truck is back to riding normal, besides needing an alignment. I got around to installing the octo-cam tab plates and bolts from @ForestRunnerFrank99. The threads one the one oem bolt we’re fubared which was causing the lca to shift going over any bumps. I tried to not drive much with it like that.
The replacement was really easy. The passenger side I disconnected and let the lca drop to have more room, the fd bolt was the passenger front. I also had to bend a few tabs back. Drivers side I didn’t drop but I made sure to take pressure off the lca bolts with the jack. The rusted sleeve was the drivers front.

 

I ran them for about 15K miles before I got my Bilstein kit. They did what I needed them to do.

 

I found a set of Spidertrax on FB right around the corner from my house. Too good of a deal not to try them out. I will run them until I get my new wheels and tires. I torqued everything to spec and will re-torque everything tomorrow. Pictures are out of order. The middle picture is after and the bottom picture is before. Looks more noticeable in person as compared to the pictures.

 

That’s so awesome and I am very grateful… I know he will be as well!! We will definitely have to set something up asap! Where exactly are you located?

 

I'm heading to Baltimore county (Chase area) from WV Tuesday to drop off a atv and pick up some of my tools then to Canton to pick up a washer & dryer. Then back here to WV. If I can assist let me know.
