    He has it…but he doesn’t believe in his “divine right to rule” by Mandalorean creeds and thus the dark saber still doesn’t want to obey him. Notice how hard a time he still had using it under the surface - it’s still to heavy to effectively wield.

    Crazy theory…
    Do we think Mando is going to tame the Mythosaur by the end of this season?
    Do we think Bo is going to take the mythosaur?

    Or… could Grogu take the Mythosaur?
    They’ve been seeding his ability to tame creatures/beasts with his force ability since season 1(against the Mud-horn).
    He tamed the Rancor in Book of Boba Fett!
    He used the Force to shop those creatures(Amolites?) out of his way when he came out of the mines on Mandalore.

    And they specifically had him leave Luke’s training and return to Mando.

    what if?!

    Hahaha I still haven’t found time to watch the next episode yet. More pics will come for sure! Been super busy. And if I watch it without my son, I will feel like I will need to bathe in the living waters to wash away my transgression! Either tonight or sometime this weekend I’ll get to it for sure.

    You can't "give it". It has to be won through combat. Which Mando did. But there was something else that was said last season akin to having to be worthy or something.

    Because the Darksaber's sentience intertwined its fate with the rulers of Mandalore, Mando's rejection of that role meant that their wills could never align. That's why he has so much trouble wielding the weapon: it doesn't want to be wielded by a selfish bounty hunter, who doesn't care about Mandalore.

    But Din isn't selfish - he just doesn't have a cultural memory of Mandalore (thanks to the Empire). It's likely that this story arc will change that, now that he's actually been to Mandalore and seen firsthand what happened.

    And got side-eyed by the mythasaur!

    I have Force FX sabers of Anakin (Ep.3), Darth Vader, Mace Windu, Luke, and Obi-Wan (Ep.3). My dog used to be scared of them but I trained her to not freak out. I lit four of them and made a square and put her in the middle and after awhile she jumped out. I made a square again with 4 lit lightsabers and put her food in the middle. She ignore the sabers when she went for her food. After that she'd get startled by the ignition sound effect but would then just ignore the saber.

    What is the date of the episode releases though? It seems like all these shows are on random dates lately.
    1923 - No kind of rhyme or reason to releases.
    Last of us - Somewhat punctual but not 100%
    Mayor of Kingstown - :notsure:

    This was an unexpected episode for sure. They didn't need almost an hour of Pershing just to nuke his brain into orbit at the end.

    Unexpected they went the other way with Bo Katan, I didn't expect to see her go with Din instead of him leaving with her. She genuinely looked shocked and unexpectedly happy, even with the helmet on.

    I wonder if Paz Vizla is going to turn into an antagonist, he sure had some attitude and some stink eye that whole scene.
