I wish haha still need to trim fenders, figure out brakes, relocate battery, mount steering and run hoses, redo the bedcage, fuel cell, ball joints, buy driveshaft kits and probably 50 other small things :bananadead:

They ride some where every weekend, They were at Hawk Pride again this past weekend. Said tire grip was great because all the trails had a foot of water running down them no mud, lol. They are talking about going to Stony this weekend.

Talking about going to this grand opening

Very cool. That looks like it’ll be a good park. I’m hoping to have a shake down run at Chocco in April.

Is that the same place that SETO from TTORA used to be hosted? If so that place is badass.

My wireless airlift system had a small compressor that they probably use in air mattresses so I swapped it out for one of my VIAIRs. Fabbed up a little mount for it. It’s much quieter and more powerful, so I added a chuck so I can fill tires, as well. Nice to hit the desired PSI from the app.

Mounted the control valve on the taco, but waiting on alignment bushings and shock mounts for the rear so I can get more done. I reused the stock steering shaft and just cut it down to where it needed to be

Looks good man. Tough to keep the the second gens low without chopping the front fame off. My buddy Nathan (Trailtoys) had a tone of work in front when he swapped his.

Hard to tell, but this is going straight down. Figured I’d try to bulldoze some runaway wisteria a couple weekends ago. Ended up spending half a day cutting myself out of a tangle of crap going forward. No amount of 4lo or locking the rear or using the bucket to try to scoot back helped. This is usually when I’d bring out the taco and winch right on out, but that obviously wasn’t an option.

So it didn’t take long to decide that the Ford needed a winch. Grabbed a rough country hidden winch mount and used a winch I had laying around. The HF Apex hook matched too well so I couldn’t help myself.

Got the steering welded up and started clearing for the tires. Spent way too long trying to press in new knuckle ball joints. Should have let a shop do it.

I had the towing package, but decided to add a bigger transmission cooler. Trans fluid is still nice and red so that’s a plus lol

Back on stands and cycling the suspension for driveshaft plunge, brake lines, hydro lines and limit straps.
