I put one on mine too but then found out you can break them off in less than 10-seconds with a flat head screwdriver without ever having to turn the screw on it- try it!

That’s my plan. I had a T30 bed rail bolt strip, extractor didn’t work, left handed drill bit broke off inside it. Finally took it to a shop and paid way too much for help. If it comes off I’ll order, otherwise I’ll go with the expensive SaBellCo.

Mine is installed and looks great. Took the tailgate off, removed the inner panel, applied a little Kroil to the bolt, and it came out no problem. Many thanks to the members who recommended the Harbor Freight impact driver tool, and slow steady pressure. And thanks Chris for offering these!

It was the sealant/caulk. Was too thick After a slight trim went right on. Thanks!

I would love to get one of these from him in the lunar rock, but I can't post on the marketplace yet due to not having enough post. Maybe I should just try to PM him and get the details.

Yep, I had the same trouble with mine, a blob of seam sealer in the corner wouldn't let it go on. I shaved a little off and it fit perfectly.

IMG_20230310_111617.jpg I'm thinking of offering a couple tool options to the anti theft device order sheet. Before I buy a couple of boxes, I'd like your feedback.
Would you, or would you have had added one or both of these to your order? The picture is my personal tools but the one that would be available is the black oxide one.

    T45 safety tip $13
Once again my friend's thx for your support.

If your talking about the tailgate handle lock, they are easily overcame with a screw driver.
