Likely a different castor setting. Did your brother get an alignment after installing the new tires? That would be my first suggestion. Secondly you could try the heat gun if plan A fails.

So I'm 2 weeks away from receiving my 2023 Trail Edition. I know i want to go with the 265 over the 285 for power reasons while towing.
But, what I'm looking to see is someone with the 265/75 setup with a 3in front 2 in back lift. its on its way currently and trying to decide if im going to keep or send back. Can anyone drop some pics?

    2 1/2 in the front, not 3.

I’ve been running the 265/75/16 KO2’s about a year now. This was after 40k miles on the OEM tires. What were they? Wrangler Kevlar or something?
Anyway, no rubbing with the stock height.
Only thing… they kill gas mileage. I went from 18.5ish MPG to 15MPG if I’m lucky. I do sometimes think they look a bit dorky at the current ride height.. the 3:2 lift looks way cooler. I just gotta get my money out of this OEM suspension before a lift

He went and got an alignment. Here is the sheet. He is still rubbing. Do you have a caster setting you would recommend setting them to? I never once rubbed when I had them on my truck but I do not have anymore alignment sheets.

Looks good to me - definitely not dorky IMHO - like the what you did to the center caps btw.

E rated? Are the KO2's available in C rated in 265/75/16? C rated would be lighter, that's a big mpg hit

265/75r16 Falken Wildpeak's SL load rating. She's in dire need of a suspension upgrade. Thinking of some Deaver U402 stage 2 or maybe even stage 3 at this point. I'm trying to decide between Fox 2.5 adjustable, Bp51's, or Dobinson MRR's.

No lift with bigger wheels looks a little toy truck. A lift helps fit the wheels to the truck. But beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. I’m probably just rationalizing a lift in the future

Great point! Not sure on the rating. But I totally agree, increasing dynamic weight is a big killer to MPG and wear.

Thanks brother! I've been debating whether I should get a Rooftop tent to go on top of the camper shell or sell the camper shell on here and get an all-in-one shell with a tent from say Topo Toppers or OVRLND Campers. I just love the look of the color-matched topper and dual prinsu roof racks. I slept in the camper shell for almost two months last winter roaming around Colorado snowboarding and it's a bit cold and uncomfortable but doable.

well god dammit. I just bought the Leer 100XR with all the goodies. Had we talked two months ago, I may have saved some money buying your topper used . TBH bro, IMHO… your current set up is way cooler and has that OEM clean look. Also a little more stealth without the RTT. That being said, I’m sure there are literally HUNDREDS of dudes who would love to buy that shell off you! You’re winning either way
