Good move, mine was a 2.5turbo and that had enough oomph, I’ve heard the earlier crosstreks at least were a bit underpowered

Yeah its still the same, only the sport and top trim get the 2.5, all the rest still get the terrible 150hp 2.0 from the original crosstrek.

love the volvo, great cars that're smooth and comfortable while still being sporty enough (and yes i feel old saying that). my c30 feels like the middle age version of a volkswagen gti. definitely some oomph and much more refined and comfortable for longer trips. thats not meant as a knock on the gti, just a different ride

    Stuff. Also things.
For sure! I’m not looking to be a tuner and street race or anything, so the 325hp from my T6 is plenty to keep me smiling :D

That C30 would be a hoot with the manual!

i splurged for the tune from Elevate and don't regret it - much peppier, still safe for the engine, and a good couple hundo less than the polestar (and its out of warranty anyhow). sounds like youre happy with 325, i went 230 -> 269hp and added near 40 lb/ft torque. she pulls hard in 2nd gear its awesome

Former first gen owner, but love the Volvo! I picked up a T6 AWD S60 this fall for a winter beater, and absolutely love the thing. You get a hell of a lot of car for your money with a used Volvo

Glad I'm not the only one with a vehicle problem.
    My daily.
08 tundra 5.7 4x4 work truck base model. It's massive and has a ton of power. 275k so far runs like a champ. Unfortunately the paint is going .

Wife's commuter and what we take most of the time
21 avalon awd, surprisingly quick off the line and is super comfortable. And it matches the tundra, it was my first brand new car purchase.
