DIY front bumpers, HELP!

    2.5" toytec coverover spacer OME 2.5" lifted spring leaf pack
    i would like to build a front bumper for my 05 tacoma but i dont know where to start, what material i should use, or design would work the best. i would like to have a winch mount install in it and room for fog light and maybe extra lights on the top of the bumper and tow hooks also . any help or photo would be great, thank for any input
