At the sacrifice of my gym time lol not through the work day like you get away with

 

Just don’t go to the gym, problem solved. It’s one of many reasons I never workout.

 

Really though, there are several of us (you included obviously) that are proof that even if you have kids you can still enjoy doing all the shit you love doing even if it takes longer or the schedule is harder. So many people I know used the kid excuse as to why their shit wasn't fixed, they weren't wheeling anymore, or not doing the shit they used to do, and to them I just say it's cause you didn't want it enough. Though my night time schedules taken a big hit with the 8 PM bed times vs the 7 PM ones.

 

We’re still rocking that 7pm bedtime, thank god. Midday naps are becoming more hit or miss but that I can live with.

When we went down to one nap we got more consistency back. It's my only time to get stuff done on weekends so I hope they don't go away lol.

 

Dang, lucky. George has been at one nap for a hot minute now because the toddler room at school only does one nap from 12-2. Probably been at that for over a year now? That’s why he’s fighting it now, he just doesn’t need it I guess. On the days he doesn’t nap he’s still a happy little guy, mostly.

I finally rode the damn thing today after two weeks of ownership. It’s been about 12 years since I’ve been on a dirt bike and I’ve never done any tight, wooded, muddy trails before. I’m pretty proud of myself for getting back into the groove after about 10 minutes of seat time and I was whipping this thing around with no problems. Only laid it down twice when the mud got the better of me.
