When purchasing you have the option to get a transfer case skid that fits stock (with the exhaust hanging down under the T-case) or a higher clearance skid that requires an exhaust re-route for fit.

I went with the higher clearance one. A local muffler shop did the reroute work for $100.

Tuned on Friday afternoon with KDMAX Pro 9.0 - Sport.. Its a huge difference. I'm used to keeping the RPM's up to prevent the gear hunting. I'm having to relearn to drive it in town due to the new pedal response. Honestly the truck feels lighter, and very quick off the line. Its completely different than stock.. Will run a tank or 2 through it to let it settle in.. and then decide if I keep Sport.. or transition to Normal or Lite.
As others have said, I should have done it sooner.

About 30 more hours put into the audio install over the last week and it's getting close to being wrapped up. All speakers installed, crossovers mounted, almost 100' of speaker wire ran, and amp rack modified a bit. Pushing 12g wire thru the door accordion tubes on this truck is up there with the least fun things I've ever done. It's so much work to make it look like you didn't change anything, but at least my speakers match my wheels lol.

More parts just arrived for my spring time upgrades.

So far my upgrade list is - front and rear bumpers, 1.5" lift with new leaf pack, AuxBeam control panel, 400w anytime mod, wiring in a WeBoost cell booster, and vinyl wrapping my fender flares

took my 2 year old truck to get the last oil change for free (at the dealership) and they replaced my battery, under warranty. is this normal? also the truck only had 7700 miles on it. seemed like the battery went bad took quickly. but yay new battery i guess...

What does that average out to? 320mi/mo = 10-11mi/day... Weekly you should at least be driving 30+min for the alternator to recharge the battery. They might have performed an alternator and load-test and determined the battery was not going to last too much longer. That was rather nice of them to replace it.

Depends on the temperature of where you live, how often you drive, and how far you drive.

Hot climates kills batteries quicker, not starting the truck for long periods of time the battery will drain, and short trips don't give the alternator enough time to charge it back up.

Might want to invest in a battery tender to keep the battery topped off.

Doesn't match truck color but I shouldn't misplace it either.

Any issues with the Retrax leaking at the front of the bed? I went with the Pace Edwards and think I should have gone with the Retrax... Where'd you purchase yours from? Looks good!

1/2" rubber washers on the bed bolts. Interesting.

How do you plan on cleaning the bed of sand/dirt/leaves that work their way under the mat and keeping the drain holes open?

Installed the N2 Designs keyless entry/remote start kit. All plug play, pretty easy to install. I think the hardest part was the removal of the plastic part below the steering wheel... being I have the standard key, I really love having a remote to lock & unlock it now..

My 2020 (received Aug 20) has slightly over 7K. That's about 235 miles/month. Battery just fine. Not a lot of trips, but most 30+ mins.
