Bed matt arrived Friday, so after Luna's second spa day I "installed" the liner. That middle stud is screwed up somehow. Took a significant amount of wrench turns to come out, and never went back in correctly, even when I swapped around studs.

    Anyone selling black replacement?

Are you supposed to bolt the bed mat to the truck? I just laid mine on top and called it a day.

I installed a keyless entry / remote start module in my 2023 SR. Install was easy and it works perfectly. The kit came from Accessorides. If you go this route, the directions don’t explain what to do if the remote start doesn’t work and gives the 3 and 1 error code. But, there is a YouTube video that clears it up. I messaged Accessorides about this and hopefully they update the instructions. The included wiring harness makes it almost plug-play-play. If you have a factory hood switch and don’t connect the horn it is plug-n-play.

??? Seemed like something to do on a Saturday afternoon. I was only allotted about an hour before I had to get dressed and go to dinner.

Well, if you encounter tornado like winds it isn’t going anywhere. And, it makes it really hard to steal. It isn’t going to move around when you have to slide something across it. Definitely positives with your method.

On the difficult bed bolt, I have experienced that with other trucks when I had to remove the bed. I don’t know why. Maybe the holes are not so well aligned.

The negative is the only 6 bolts holding your bed to the truck have 1/2" less of thread engaged and probably aren't torqued properly

The DB installation documentation recommends keeping the Cross Bin all the way forward against the cab to keep the Cross Bin and its contents from bouncing around. As well as the aforementioned problem with interfering with locking rods and safety catch. Can't say if this would apply to the OEM cover. The Cross Bin support flanges rest on the bed rails so technically you could put it anywhere it doesn't interfere with the cover.

May want to unbolt it……..it’s measured, so it’s not going anywhere……
And rebolt your bed correctly (more important)
Unfortunately, you’ll have to live with the holes in your bed cover.

When purchasing you have the option to get a transfer case skid that fits stock (with the exhaust hanging down under the T-case) or a higher clearance skid that requires an exhaust re-route for fit.

I went with the higher clearance one. A local muffler shop did the reroute work for $100.

Tuned on Friday afternoon with KDMAX Pro 9.0 - Sport.. Its a huge difference. I'm used to keeping the RPM's up to prevent the gear hunting. I'm having to relearn to drive it in town due to the new pedal response. Honestly the truck feels lighter, and very quick off the line. Its completely different than stock.. Will run a tank or 2 through it to let it settle in.. and then decide if I keep Sport.. or transition to Normal or Lite.
As others have said, I should have done it sooner.

About 30 more hours put into the audio install over the last week and it's getting close to being wrapped up. All speakers installed, crossovers mounted, almost 100' of speaker wire ran, and amp rack modified a bit. Pushing 12g wire thru the door accordion tubes on this truck is up there with the least fun things I've ever done. It's so much work to make it look like you didn't change anything, but at least my speakers match my wheels lol.
