    The bank "panic" is even hitting the little ones that have nothing to do with what's going on currently. I have a position in a small regional bank that was bought by BofA a number of years ago. Bofa is down 6%, and my little bank is down 17%. Market cap $422m, less than some individual deposits at the larger banks.
