Yes, but only to check fitment of everything else. I redesigned the crossover, didn’t like how tight together those fittings ended up being.

Decided to do a bunch of other installs with the entire front of the truck ripped off. Should be together relatively soon. Running stainless hard lines and a bunch of electrical work right now. Have stuff out for nickel plating and powder too.

I’ve had most of everything installed (Ron Davis, URD FMIC, SC, plumbing, Howe pump, Tundra rack, etc) to check fitment and braze gussets all over the core support. Still have the reinforcements around the holes cut for pluming to do. I let this project snow ball into a bunch of sub projects.

Thermal emissive outer and piston coated ports.

Fresh core boxed in.

I really like what you did with the core support.

 

I’m going to figure out some core braces diagonally from the inner fenders so those little pieces above the headlights aren’t so tasked.
I was considering boxing those little pieces, but think struts will be better.

So does this car have a history of cracking the core support?

Will this increase or decrease gas mileage? Seem like decrease? Or will the bigger flow rate help easy the strain that the factory one's had on mpg's? I was just looking @ the radium and found this post. Do you have to use 93 octane? How about E85?

It would give one the ability to increase gas flow (with an aftermarket regulator) as one increases the hp’s in a booster induction + higher flow injectors application.

 

So I guess it would increase mpg's?
How about high octane?

sorry, I'm a very good monkey wrench mechanic @ best. Those fuel rails do look sweet though. Bigger than Radium.

 

These will have no bearing on fuel economy.

Can you still buy them and how?

Am I able to have them built with everything on them I will need and then I can just take everything off so I will know where everything goes when I put them on?

 

They are no longer for sale. This was a group buy and if they were completed again would require a larger group is my guess. Unless you’re doing a bunch of HP this is bling and extra cost. Also depending who I state it won’t pass inspection/smog.

 

O Crud! Who made them? Maybe I can contact them? They should still have the schematics?

The Radium's are 0.69 inches bigger than stock. Are these one's bigger?

I am planning a trip to Alaska, and Maybe clear to Capetown, South Africa. I will need as much power as possible with the trailer I am looking @. My truck is paid off, it's time to update, and for the trip in 2028 if we still have a planet?

 

Is your truck boosted? These likely won’t do much. What other plans do you have? I would focus on other areas before swapping fuel rails. These ones also were made to run with FIC 650 injectors.
