    It seems like this is the new work attitude among many, which is, 'I really don't want to work. I just want the pay and benefits.' As someone who supervised others for years, I would occasionally get one like this, but it now seems to be the prevailing attitude.

    I hate to agree with you on this. I really do. I'm hoping this is just a case of being spoiled/entitled. My other college interns are better than this as well as almost all of my military enlisted who are about the same age...if anything...I think I'll stick with my sure thing and hire NCOs getting out who are motivated!

    I have two systems I work with....1 is corporate for company stuff and 2 is client for actual client work and communications. I had her working on projects that could be done on the corporate computer system. Teleworking requires a lot of maturity and professionalism, which I shouldn't expect from a young person, but she basically tells a good lie imho.
