I didn't get any photos on the grill, but dinner was lamb chops, chicken, brats, grilled sandwich, with baked beans.

Early corned beef and cabbage as the step son is in town. Usual steamed CB but hot smoked cabbage on the kettle. Cored it roughly 2” square. BBQ rub on top and inside. Air Fryer 6-7 slices of bacon. Poured 1/4-1/2 cup bacon grease in cabbage to coat inside. Chopped half an onion and the bacon. Mix together with bbq sauce and fill the cavity. On the kettle @350 +- with hickory for an hour. Covered with foil another hour. Used a skewer to test for resistance. All served with baby reds and carrots.

I saw someone try it reversed (where they wrapped a whole head with bacon) and promptly did a second one this way

Only thing I don’t like about bacon weave getting it done where it overlaps.

It was. The best part was I had a big concrete pour yesterday, so I leave at 3am. I also leave work at 1p-2p because I can, but I can't go home and sleep because I wont sleep that night. So I usually try to get in 9 holes, what with the time change (which I hate), I can squeeze in 18 now.
So I worked, played a round of golf, and came home to that FTMFW!!!!!!
Laid on the couch and was asleep by 10p with her scratching my scalp. Heaven.
