That is much the same reason why I bought my G20 years ago and moved away from the 44-wheel gun in the woods. But back then Glock was the only reasonable choice for the 10mm. I can manage with the Glock, but I prefer the M&P grip. I've got an M&P45 now, so I know the grip will feel much better than my G20. As a personal rule, I don't sell guns, but in this instance, I'm secretly hoping my buddy will want to do a trade.

 

So sad when some people are more of a concern in the woods then wildlife but then it was always like that. Thinking about this.

I hear conversations people talking about hand gun Grips so many feel the grip it comes with is good . If it even comes close to fitting their hand is of no importance.

 

As a general rule I don’t sell them either. I’ll make exceptions for when there is something that definitely improves on what I have. I would flip the G20 since you have a M&P45 and know how it feels and prefer it.

It may be a while before the PC works over the 10mm. If it’s going to be a field gun I don’t know if I would wait for it since you could just drop in the Apex kit and get basically the same trigger pull you end up with from the PC.

 

Beefed up my turkey seat for those morning snoozes.

That was a short and sweet meeting.
I spent some time yesterday training the new guy on how to layout and cut a disc/wedge for a gate valve.
He's struggling to get it dialed in but hopefully he'll get the first side done then we can flip it and repeat.
With today's manufacturing one would think these disc could all be the same angle at least. They all vary some. I've never in my time seen a replacement disc that fit. They're all oversize and angle off.

More snow = more shoveling

This year I’ve started a new to me method for sub blowable snow falls. Push what I can into a straight pile, blow, repeat. Works out beautifully because it cleans up what the blower left behind as part of the process.

What we got today didn’t even meet that amount, straight shoveling that I can do in my sleep

Sometimes it is just a habit!

 

We've got a couple new guys training, I'm about to rename one of them Mark because the questions arent relavent and don't stop. Get it..question Mark.

A couple other contracts that support a few of the same programs we do just went through Union contract negotiations, they got a nice bump in hourly, double time Sundays back and a few other things they had lost last time around. Our negotiations dont start until January but the leverage is ours and we're swinging for the fence.
