Then that answers the question of why you don't have much flex on the front. Sorry dude. That's just your sway bar doing its job.

There's no way to increase flex at all without removing the sway bar? I find that hard to believe.

The sway bar is designed to stop flex, removing it is the only way to stop it from doing it's job.

Lot's of people daily drive without a sway bar. You just can't corner the truck as hard.

It's a great way to increase articulation at each wheel. Also changing to aftermarket UCAs will increase droop travel as well as extended travel struts/coilovers. The sway bar can still inhibit the full travel range though.

Already have SPC UCAs, I should have mentioned. There’s no longer travel option than OME?

Either way that’s not my main concern. I want to know suggestions on Dobinsons part combos to lift the front relative to rear and maximize ride comfort.

Is anyone running the 314’s with weight up front? I’ve had the 221 with the 314 struts for a couple years and love the way it rides. I’m about to instal cali raised bumper and a winch estimated 150 pounds. Wondering if I should go ahead and order the 352 or wait and see how it rides. Also I have aluminum skids and full slider steps.

The IMS59-50220 struts are extended travel, longer than the OME. You can reuse the same coils if they're working ok for you, or change over to Dobinsons C59-314 and set the coil seat height

Hey all, I’m chasing a vibration. I put a 1 piece driveshaft in yesterday thinking that would fix it and it did not. I do have a diff drop and did the EGS bearing too and 4.88 gears all done at the same time.

Seems to happen the worst at 20-30. It’s a whaaa whaaa sound that you can feel in the floor below you feet. Everything looks good, not a wheel bearing, so I’m not sure what it is. Any advice?

Good crawler shafts, but they do have recommended RPM limits.

Shouldn't be hitting it at 20-30 mph though

How much rear lift do you have? Maybe too much and a bad pinion angle perhaps?

Since a lot of other work was done, I wonder if something wasn't tightened up all the way

Might be on to something, an axle shim could possibly help offset the new angle

Just had the the mrr 3ways installed with 352 and 111r leaf pack on my 2022. Love the look and seems smoother then the pro life before but im new to adjustments. Where do I start to make sure they are starting at a good point.
Looking for a good daily starting point and then what to adjust for slow offroad.

Awesome!! Nice canopy by the way.

Start at 1 on all settings on all 4 corners (sofest, anti clockwise on all adjusters) until the suspension settles in. The new coils and parts will take about 500 miles to settle in. LSC usually stays low, 1-3, and HSC would go up to 5-6 depending on terrain and rebound at 8 or so. With strong front coils, you may need to increase the front rebound more so the front doesn't try to bounce back up so much after hitting full compression.
