    Hi everyone,

Looking for a honest dealership that doesn't charge over MSRP. I am willing to travel, as I did with my 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD OR AT that I purchased in Salt Lake City, Utah at Mark Miller Toyota (Great dealership BTW!) I am on a wait list there for the taco I want. However, if I can save myself a flight and a long drive I'll go to a closer dealer. Most of the one's I've called have crazy mark-ups or crap that I don't need added to the sticker price. Any suggestions on dealerships inside/outside the state would be greatly appreciated?

Longo Toyota is MSRP, but they typically have long waits if you're looking for something in high demand.

When I was in the market for my 23 OR, I didn't have any luck with dealers willing to give me MSRP. I talked to Toyota of Norwalk, and he seems to be willing to give me MSRP, although he didn't quite say so. Then I went through AAA, and they connected me with South Bay Toyota in Gardena, and they gave me MSRP.

    Good luck.

+1 for Longo, worth the shot. They're constantly looking to make sales to keep their #1 status across the nation. You can use AAA or Costco car buying service to find a dealership in the area, willing to sell at MSRP. Good luck with your search! What are you looking for exactly? Curious minds want to know.

Just talked to the fleet manager at South Bay Toyota. Yes, they do offer Tacos at MSRP. Unfortunately, they don't have the one I want in stock. I would have to order one to arrive in the May-June time frame. Appreciate the help.

^ Not too bad for the configuration. It would've been extremely tough for a 6MT and Lunar Rock or Electric Lime.

I started my search for a 6MT OR, but there were none allocated to all of California during Nov/Dec last year. There were a lot more Lunar Rock available at the time. So not sure if you're set on Black or MGM.

Manhattan Beach Toyota is MSRP for locals. I negotiated my Lunar Rock DCLB OR down to MSRP at Huntington Beach Toyota and they got it in a week

If you guys are still looking for Tacomas. I got $556 off MSRP of a 4x2 Off-Road. Eta is end of month. I’m still looking for a better deal within the waiting timeframe. Places that are giving below MSRP are Toyota HB and Toyota Irvine (AutoNation)

+1 for Toyota Irvine (Autonation), Don Robertson was the sales guy who gave me a straight up MSRP offer on a 4x4 longbed a while ago. It was in white and they were up-charging Lunar Rock but I bought a 4x4 longbed in Lunar Rock with no MSRP from Toyota of West Covina. It was on February 28th and they said I had to come in that day but dealership was good and didn't try and haggle for anything.

Kendall Toyota of Bend Oregon is doing 1500 under MSRP on most new Tacomas. A bit of a drive though...

I second Longo, they have been great for both Toyota's and Lexus for me over the years, but they are a go to and popular.

Honest, well, hmmmm... MSRP, yeah, somehow...

Toyota of the Desert in Palm Springs. I got under MSRP in the end. Although it started out as MSRP sale, at the last minute the sales manager tried to add $5k markup and $2.5k worth of dealer stuff. I said no, told them I don't do business with dealers who would do that, and the price magically went back to MSRP; all the BS just disappeared!? I felt a little dirty for some reason, like I should be telling them to F-off out of ethics...

At the finance table, they kept trying to sell me the extended warranty. I finally told him, I would pay $995 for it and I knew for that price he would still make a marginal profit but that was the best I could do. Then I suggested he sell me the warranty for full price, but discount the truck, as long as I walk with my OTD price, for what I want, I don't care where the dollars land. I paid full price for the warranty and under MSRP for the truck.

I'm not sure what they did with my trade-in, but it was a 9 year old paint faded Prius with 90k, they gave me $14k for it without seeing it. I could have probably done better on the Prius considering the environment, but I was recovering from neck surgery, getting ready for foot surgery, it was labor day weekend and 100 degrees out and in the end, I wasn't even planning on buying that truck that day, so I let the car go.

2022, AC TRD OR in Lunar Rock but no tonneau cover or JBL stereo.
