@treyus30 5VZ injectors are going to make me commit murder... they're not a fun subject. Toyota is already weird with their orings sizes and shapes, but then you add in the air assist BS and it gets much tougher to find anything that fits. I have the dimensions right, now its just finding a vendor I trust, first one sold me "Genuine Bosch" injectors that have no casting or stamping marks from Bosch, so those are going back and I'm going to buy some snake eaters instead.

Yup, but very soon there will be another way. Honestly these injectors would probably work, but I don't trust them, thankfully the Bosch Pico injectors aren't hard to find so I know everything fits now.

How exactly does the air assist bs work? I never understood it

Can't you turn some plugs to cap that bs off with an inside diameter that accepts a standard Bosch injector

Also my 01 4runner and 01 tundra had/have high impedence injectors whereas everything I've seen from 2000 earlier had low impedence injectors

I made a bumper for this dude but for the last 2 welds my welder was messing up and they were ugly

Dude accepted it and paid me the 350 I was asking to make it

Than asks I give him his money back in full and he keeps the bumper

    This was in January

Thought it was just overheating since it reached duty cycle?

I remember you posting about that bumper; came out well.

The wire gets caught up in the liner

I keep forgetting to order a mig gun

That bumper fit fucking perfectly too... was willing to order him a new kit and he give me back the 350 than I just put it on my 01 tundra

His truck was hit so the gaps look a bit off in the pic but I assure you it was a perfect fit

Was gonna say buy a new liner or get a new welder already but you edited your post.

I'll have to post up my MIG180 since I have another welder showing up today. Don't need 3 welders at my place.

My memory ain't the best but there's interference with the steering stop on the LCA with that setup? I remember something goofy about going to that setup. I recall my 4runner had the OTRE backwards, essentially, in order to retain fell steering lock to lock. The LBJ for the 4runner has different geometry than the Tacoma in terms of tie rod location.

Your memory is on point, and by switching to Tacoma parts on the 4Runner you do lose
    some of your turning radius.

Not significant enough to matter fortunately.
