Not sure if he's a member here but this morning it looks like his business venture is over. Hopefully none of you have a pending order in because it might be awhile to get your money back...

    From Insta this morning...

spartanxcustoms*ANNOUNCEMENT* My apologies for the long absence from here and messages I took a calculated risk on something but it didn’t pan out so I am closing Spartan X Customs permanently and walking away from it all. I want to thank each and every one of you for all the support over the years it is greatly appreciated . For the customers that still have orders pending you have my deepest apologies on not getting your kits out please at this time open up a paypal dispute on your order. Sorry I failed you but this is not the path I am meant to walk any longer and please don’t stress everyone will get their money back I am selling the truck also so once that goes through I will issue everyone refunds. God Bless and May you all have long healthy wonderful lives I will never return to social media or have a smart phone after this ever again hell might just get a pager as this has consumed my life over the last 5 years and this is by no means healthy for anyone. Hopefully I’ll just see you out on the trails and we can talk like normal human beings as social media is destroying my people .

Damn. He’s not a member here though, but

I bought my hood scoop light kit from him in 2017. I had an issue during install and he called me back within 15-20 minutes to help me through it.
Sad to hear that. Seems like he was doing well over the years and offering more set ups and options, and Seemed like he was gaining traction with product offerings.

Even selling his truck. Looked like a beast

Damn. Saw his personal IG where he is selling the truck. Anyone have any idea what went down? I can only surmise that it might have been supply chain issues. Maybe a vendor required payment up front and never delivered product. Or maybe his sponsorship didn't work out and he overleveraged himself. Or maybe a legal battle with rock slayer offroad.

    Wow!

I just saw a video as I was researching "Nilight NI01-100W 17" LED Work Light Single Row Spot Flood Combo" describing this company.

I hope company is doing ok.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but, for any of you that have the spartan X hoodscoop light, could you please take a look at the wiring going into the dash switch plug and tell me the order they are in?
As looking with the plug release tab up and plug end pointing right, I think it's Green, Trigger, Illumination, Ground but then there's a blank spot and I'm not sure where that lands in the mix.

You taking about the backlit switch illumination? That turns on the portion lower when parking lights activated.

I'm talking about the green plug that goes into the back of the switch. I found this picture but the resolution is junk and I can't make out the order of the wires.

No, but thank you. I have that picture from the install emails. It's just the resolution isn't good enough to see the order the wires are in the plug.

I was adding some ditch lights so I had the dash apart and my daughter slipped and grabbed at the plug and ended up ripping it off. Thank God it was only the light bar plug and not the camera view button.

The pins seem fine, I don't know if the pin lock in the plug is screwed yet but I'm going to try and reuse the plug if I can figure out what order the wires go back into it.

Ah, I see what you're saying now.

I'll try to grab a pic later.

Does anyone know the size/dimensions of the spartanx hood scoop light? Or maybe a link to a similar size light?
