Sounds like something is impeding rotation, whether it's old RTV or a funky spot on a bearing like you said.

 

Only thing I can find. Tooth with two lines hits the pinion when it is tightest and the one line tooth is kinda tight. Rest is fine and I don’t see any other lines. Maybe cracks starting I guess? Weird that I feel it tight on drive and coast though because I don’t see lines on the coast side of the tooth.

Anyone recommend any shops for full suspension work? Im tired of the rough ride of the 3 in spacer lift that came from the dealer. Looking for a full suspension upgrade without being completely washed. Any recommended shops around Ofallon IL- STL?
