Yeah Ive got the Solo Motorsports ones waiting to go on so I can squeeze 37s.

 

Well its the american way. Go into debt over a expensive item. Install said item. Decide you want to do something else and lose money on previous item. Just like the rest of us?

 

They are definitely not a waste of money IMO.. after replacing 3 or 4 sets of stock LCAs due to blowing out bushings and or the LCA sleeves themselves.. I was at least half in on a set of aftermarket LCAs at that point. Yes you can replace/upgrade the bushings to Poly, Delrin, etc.. but you gotta pull them, burn them out, press in new ones, etc.. for still a weaker option of a LCA. My Dirt King LCAs have been solid the last 3 years.

to each their own though..

 

I wouldn't say they are a waste of money. Maybe for the daily driver, but for a mid travel set up are better than stock. Waiting to blow another set out and ill spend that money. I have no plans to build a truck like you got, but for what trails I do run they will work just fine.

Ohh i plan on the long haul down the hole. Just saying for what i use my truck for now doesn't justify spending a ridiculous amount of money. I've still use it as a daily driver and when i get a different one the story will change and further I'll travel in the hole. Nothin but time
