Drop bracket lift and booger welds
Been working on my bike for a while now, current stage of the project is I cut 1" off each ends of the bars. I had 32" wide bars and wanted 30" but because of angles and math I netted 29.5" on each side after cutting off 1" off each side. I then had to modify the new hand guards I had to accommodate the reduced width. I went with reflex racing handguards instead of my old fastways. At this point this is my third setup. The DRZ had probends that almost never moved, but when they did I needed tools to move them back. The husky used fastways but the bend on the fastways left some to be desired and adjusting vertical position required the handguard bar to be twisted which compromises strength/the bar can snap. The way these are designed, they are made to be able to move up/flex in a hit (ie dirt naps), but can be smashed back down without tools but still be totally rigid on straight on hits.

Cutting the reflex racing handguards made me need to trim the steel cable on the mount, weld the cable to prevent fraying (this is how it came from reflex so I just redid what they had) and redrill and retap the set screw. Came out super nice.

It’s pretty good at recognizing people, I’ll give it that. Whenever anyone walks into my driveway my phone is like “HEY SOMEONE IS IN YOUR DRIVEWAY.”

As soon as they fell over I was like “I’m not sure what I was expecting.”

If that's yours and you're trying to sell it, you need to put it in the marketplace with an ad that meets the BST rules.

Not sure how much expirence you have using a pressure washer on motos, but as someone who has been riding dirt for 2.5 decades, I wont let a pressure washer touch my bike. Standard hose pressure is more than enough and wont find its way into critical areas like a pressure washer will.

Now if you have pressure washer discipline then yeah send it. Me.... im a bowl in a china closet.

When you’re dealing with east coast mud/clay, there’s really no other option unless you want to be out there for twice as long.

Haha. Good stuff right there. You could have propped them up against the wheel and then sprayed them down. Or put them on and have your Wife go to town on yea with the pw.

6” Diode Dynamics SAE/DOT compliant high beam is a perfect fit for the occasional night riding. The beam pattern is pretty tight, I’m curious to see how it looks at night.
