    Grade is coming up , pour height is approx 12" below top of formwork on the highest section . The high section is to underside of joist system elevation because there is a Simpson Strongwall pre-manufactured shearwall panel there

    Thats what I was wondering, so grade IS coming way up the high wall area? Hope everyone has their penetrations in, which I am sure they do. You wont be able to core a hole in that wall.....easily or structurally.

    grade will be 4" below the middle height wall there , the full height wall to underside of joist elevation will have tiered landscape stairs into it and it gets stuccoed , plus there is a whole other section of concrete wall to go in that upper area for a timber covered entrance area
