I just smear a tiny bit of Hylomar on the gaskets, its a non setting gasket dressing to help seal

 

It’s some plates to box in the rear frame I think.

 

Keep them and get them welded on at some point.

You guys need all the help you can get.

Hey, I'm already running the chassis for this. It has Torsion-Aire ride. Turns out that it was designed by Steve Millen's brother Rod Millen.

So I start talking about Stillen and nobody knows what I'm talking about.

I think it’s only for heavy bumpers and campers etc.

I've got buds with nice 40s that are like museum pieces. They never go off-road. It would need to be trailered to CO. Not for me.

 

Have you actually considered a 200 series? They might feel like kind of a land yacht on some of our trails, but they are appealing.
