Way to busy (gaudy) looking for my taste

 

post some pics mounted on on a truck.....then we will see

 

I have the Stadiums because I also felt like there was alot going on there.

 

It is a truck, sometimes goes offroad. They are gaudy, yes ... but off-road damage would be a crime even to those.

 

Would not want to try and keep those clean.

 

Get them if you like them.... Be prepared to spend time keeping them clean. You might need some dental tools to dig out the mall parking lot grit. you know...from all those little nooks and crannies.

Really though... Get em' if u like em'

Ok I’ll be the one to say it. 32 lbs? Wow that’s a pig. I think stock OR rims are like 25 lbs.

 

Stock rims are like 26-28lb

Depends what style and year of rim

 

They're meant to be use for offroad
Might as well use them

The dents and scratches will give it style

Just concern the big plastic caps cracking
I don't understand why most offroad rims use plastic caps for covers/décor

 

-18 offset will poke out quite a bit, just be aware of that. I had that exact wheel and offset on a jeep wrangler, I didn't like how far they stuck out of the fenders.

 

Way too heavy for my liking. I try to stay in the low 20s.

 

Too much weight and honestly fugly.

 

i agree they are a too busy especially for a stock truck. they might look OK depending on other mods to the truck. for example, if your truck has a lift, aftermarket bumper, nipple rings, rack, rtt, ditch lights, stickers/badges, etc., they might be OK and add to the look.

i prefer a clean, less cluttered, look. besides the look, the biggest turn off is the weight as others posted.

 

hard, alloy, aluminum....overselling. forged is hard, alloy aluminum is not even it says "hard".

that said I like some of their rims...not those but some.

yeah hard to tell without on the truck views, should be able to find some websites selling wheels that have on vehicle views...or google. I've seen those on some sites, not my taste, but that's just me

 

I can’t imagine the nightmare it would be trying to clean mud out of those things after a day trip to the national forest. I actually like the way they look, but because I am lazy, Hard pass for me.
