I have a 2013 Tacoma, I always lock my truck using the key fob. Majority of the time when I unlock it with the key fob, the alarm system will go off until I hit the unlock button a few more times. Seems to be more frequent when its cold outside. Sometimes it shuts off right away, other times it takes several minutes of pushing the unlock button to get the alarm to turn off. Also the triple horn warning will go off randomly when locked. I've tried changing the batteries in the key fobs but I can't seem to figure out what is going on. Any thoughts?

Is the alarm system stock and not aftermarket?

A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
    Wrong truck?

You you have more than 1 fob? If so does it do the same thing with both?
