this is only about 10 minutes from me.

 

I was thinking that when I posted, I have just never delt with LKQ in person, so I wasn't sure. But it does make perfect sense, as I bought a scooped hood for my Dad's 4Runner from Bow Auto Parts, and it was shipped in from Michigan, and they didn't charge me a fee for that (and they got it in 2 days!).

 

I'll throw in a 5'r. Group buy?

I definitely think yours are sensing pressure too high. My wife had a 2005 Rav4 that did the same thing. My 2010 Tacoma never cared if I overinflated by a few PSI so I did that to both the trucks in the cold weather one winter (to counteract the usual loss of pressure). Her light came on in short order. I knew one had a slow leak so I got it done and same issue. I was sure a sensor croaked and brought it to the local Sullivan Tire. Guy had the car 5 minutes and told me he merely deflated the tires a few PSI, light went out and never came back on again.

I'd assume at some point between 05 and 10 the system was altered to not care if it's a few PSI over (though I am saying that by my limited sampling), but yours being a 2007 I reckon it's a valid theory. Monitor it and see.

Not sure re your spare but my Tacoma, her 2005 Rav4 and 2014 Rav4 didn't have one in the spare. Again, YMMV but that's my field work.

Where you at in Mass? I think you were a potential to meet up with some group somewhere, I can't recall, if so - I have an Autel I can hit them all and see what the battery life is spitting out. I think TPMS CAN tell you if it's over pressure, no idea if Toyota does that or not. But even if it does, 37 on 32 shouldn't trigger it (I'd think 5 under would, but 5 over shouldn't, maybe, I have no idea).

Titles go missing all the time. It's probably buried in some Charles Dickens novel that they forgot they put it in when they were moving so it didn't get lost.

 

LKQ is great for used parts, I have bought like 3-4 sets of CV's from them before for the truck/cars. I did fuck up once and call a Manchester, Georgia location and order parts for pick up... instead of Manchester NH... They kindly shipped the parts up to NH for free and I picked it up a few days later. My fuckup for googling manchester LKQ - should have known better when the parts guy had a southern accent.

 

Wife has my truck today...she's driving 200 miles round trip to return a ramp to "tha Cape" She didn't stall it getting out of the driveway....

Guy's, go to car-parts.com. There is so much more than LKQ. They are not that great, - trust me!

Oh, your absolutely right, the only time I used LKQ was for my CV axles, any other used part came from a local salvage yard!

 

Yea that's all I use LKQ for is my axles if I can't find any locally

 

Do you all replace the fill plugs when doing diffs and trans case? Making my shopping list to have everything when doing it. Yes I'm getting the lexus drain plug.
