After washing my truck my Slip Indicator light turned on.

Tried disconnecting the battery from power and it worked! But the next day the light came back on.

Don’t know if the water shorted it or if anyone knows how to diagnose this problem.

Please let me know and tips would be appreciated my fellow Taco Bredrins

Need to pull the codes from the ABS module and go from there.

Tested it got the codes c1201 when I tested the ABS.

Also got code p2440 for my check engine light.

so currently got the check engine light on and slip light on.

would you recommended fixing code p2440 first or code c1201?

Please let me know anything helps. Not trynna bring it to dealership to get it fixed and get charged an arm and a leg.

Fixing the P2440 will fix the C1201.
The P2440 is for the Secondary Air Switching Valve being stuck open, it's possible the filter came apart in the Secondary Air Injection Pump and got sucked into the valve or the valve just failed.
You can pull the hose off it with the truck running and see if exhaust is coming out, if it is the valve is indeed stuck open.

Wow man thank you I appreciate it a lot.
You know some videos of how to replace it? I have 2011 2.7L 4 cylinder prerunner but I can’t find any videos on it except for the 6 cylinder models.

If not thank you and appreciate you

I don't have any videos but it's easy to replace providing the bolts come out but it's not a cheap part, first verify that it's actually stuck open and the filter condition in the pump.
The valve is right above the exhaust manifold on the right side of the engine, the pump is to the right of the radiator behind the right front headlight next to the washer bottle.
The video below shows how to take the pump apart, it's on a V6 but the pump is the same.

There's also a company called Hewett Tech that makes a SAIS bypass kit to delete the system but it's not inexpensive either.
