Don’t tell but I actually don’t like the colors at all really. Looks super fake. But I also DGAF big time. Function over form for me.

The last project I might have gotten some of the hardware mixed up....

This one is knurled finish, the others are smooth.

Cleaner sent me this pic asking if the center bottom one was supposed to be different.....

Maybe just about 3. Could be 3.5. I could measure it. But it holds for now.

looks like almost 5 actually. Hard to get a tape on it while it’s connected. Dryer is 29” wide and vent seems centered, wall vent is 11.5” from the wall. So 14.5-11.5 is 3” but there is also about an inch to the wall so the door can open clean.

I really want to just ditch this closet but I got the veto on that plan.

You could say that it's a bit muggy in your living room.

I like that jig for drilling handle holes. I measure 5 times and drill once. Only to still get it wrong. :anonymous:

There’s really only room for a piece of cove — it’s actually under there now you just can’t see it. The gap on the left is small enough to take caulk just fine I think. I’ll tape the desk and make a clean line of caulk and cut-in the dark paint over it. On the right side under the window I don’t care much — you can’t see it and I can barely fit a paint brush through there lol.

Dark colors have been the vibe for a while. Our living areas are light. Offices are dark. We understand not everyone that enters our house wants to feel our moody vibe, so we kept it to the offices.

Yeah she looks good!… from a distance

    Get out of here, dad.

Haha! Been down that road before.

This thing was a little spendy but the time saved has paid for itself many times over:

MAX Cabinet Hardware Jig - Install Long Pulls and Shelf Pin Holes - Made In USA - Hand Calibrated by True Position Tools https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003E46SWS

You can get a cheaper brand but they tend to not hold their zero very well.

My girl wanted to rent out her condo when we built our house. I told her not a good idea. She sold it pretty quick. for us it didnt make sense since our house was 2hrs away from the condo. Didnt feel like dealing with stupid people
