    Nice truck!

I have been very happy with my front and rear bumper from Morgan. The additional protection was certainly needed this summer wheeling in CO.

Does anyone have a solution to prevent/ quiet down rattling on the swing out?

usually, if I hear this, it's a sign your latch just needs a little readjusting on the bolts to make it tight again. it should fix it right up

Sorry I missed this and hopefully you figured it out. Loosen up the three bolts holding the latch tab to the bumper, move it out slightly, then retighten. Should snug up the latch so there isn’t any play.

Anyone mount mudflaps to their high clearance rear bumper? I need to keep my front flaps on, otherwise I get ice buildup in the winter between my sliders and pinch weld in the front that clunks over every little bump, and I'd like to prevent too much crud accumulating in the back end as well. Thinking about drilling 3 holes on the front face in the wheel well and mounting it like that, just curious if anyone has done something similar.

Suprisingly, I haven’t heard of anyone doing this yet. I’d probably mount them with a couple self drilling screws on the bumper itself if it were me.

I wanna give a shout out to Morgan for being flexible with my "wants." He built this bumper for me about 2 years ago, with the tire straight vertical to accommodate towing my travel trailer. I know its an old thread, but hopefully this helps someone who is looking for this spare option as well.20230905_161928.jpg

Anyone mount a 10lb propane tank to their swingout?

Hey @At The Helm , do you have a tire size or weight rating for the swing arm? Since I’ve bought it I’ve moved from 33s to 35s and now 37s. The combined weight of the tires and wheels would be 100lbs. Thanks!

Did you end up doing it? I need to cut the end caps of the bumper for clearance and was thinking mounting them with self tapping screws or some bracket too when it’s welded back on.

I haven't yet, but would still like to, so I'm curious what you come up with if you beat me to it.
