What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Just ordered one of these myself. Looking forward to a flat surface. My plan was to be able to put my cook stove on there and cook dinner. Not enough flat surfaces for camping.

 

One day I’m sure I’ll see this thing driving around on the road. Beautiful truck

For sure man. I unbolted the ac lines and the bolt was much easier to remove then the driver side. Lol

@LeakyAC , I forgot to mention the locker switch. I didn’t want the rocker switch. I told them to install the switch below the 4WD control as I wanted a factory look. What I like about it is you have to push it quite deep to activate. For my needs, there is no reason to add a flip cover.

 

It's me. I said that. They're really not that bad to do lol. Was expecting way worse the way everyone on here makes it sound. The worst part was getting the yuuuge bolt back in thru all the spacers on the JBA's, but even so they're still barely a 2 hour job with beer breaks.

Impromptu wheel swap during morning drop off, luckily it was cold and rainy I do dig the steel rim though and how it’s a bit skinnier. Anyone running a dedicated version of something like this? Oh and here’s a pick of the CA pothole that got me , good time taxes!

Ugh. Sorry about that. I have a tire repair kit (never used) and am perfectly capable of changing a tire, but I'll admit that I've been known to have the roadside assistance folks do it since (a) I pay for that; and (b) it never happens when I'm in the right clothes to be crawling around on the wet pavement. And I was curious if the spare was alloy or steel; you answered that question for me.

 

Finally got a warm day so I "installed" my favorite souvenir from our trip to Oahu last November. LOL!
