If they are so easily available, it's not so secure after all. Still probably worth it as it will thwart some, and make many others move on to an easier target.

 

You could always put some gasket sealant in the ends to slow someone down? They'd have to take the time to remove/pick away the sealant.
I thought about putting JB weld on it, but decided I want to be able to remove it also lol

Have you any idea which combination you'll do?

Start off with Mild/Medium...if you have a heavy truck, you may not feel the difference from stock weight.

 

For my bed tie downs, with a normal torx bolts, I've glued ball bearings into them to prevent easy theft when I chain my bikes in the bed.

Get ready for a new truck….did mine a month ago

started with mild (because spouse will daily drive it) and put aggressive mode in ECT button….
My tuner allowed me to take it for a drive and return for some tweaks

 

Looks like a medium sized vise grip.

 

I got my driver side grab handle installed. KTJO4x4 got mine to me in a short 16 months.

 

I installed these cheap LuckMan seat covers. $130. Pretty comfortable and decent

you can just poke on the sidewall and know if its flat and I have an air pump in all my cars if it gets low before i might ever need it and to be more prepared i throw this in the bed if im going off road or on a trip

found a spare on fb for 40 ....tire has never been on the road

 

Finally got around to swapping out the big center covers on the methods in favor of some low pro TRDs from MESO.



…and yes the OCD kicked in and I pulled them off again to line it up properly haha

leaning towards a medium/spicy,, i already have an OV tune and im just not satisfied. i really want that unquestionable differance. i still debate if OV did anything for me

Uhh. Looking at the date code on your tire says 2012. That’s an 11 yr old tire.. Might want to reconsider using that as a spare. Find a tire within 1 or 2 yrs old. Not over 5 yrs old.

 

Added an LED light that uses a tilt switch and custom clips for common items to access under the center console lid

 

yep it had its 10th birthday when i got it and i wouldn't drive too far or too fast on it ...prob going to swap it when i get new tires soon, I'll find a nice museum to put it in
