I'm in agreement with these fellas. You've got hands and know how to use a saw. Lot of trash talked in here for a guy with 30" SL rated tires LOOOOL. Sell the pleasure palace and crank up the Visa card.

Relentless Fab hybrid bumper, 2.5” Dobinsons IMS lift, RCI skids and sliders, block heater. Painted FJ Steelies. Was trying to keep it stock, now slowly building for the Wisconsin trails.
Both of these are pretty interesting. I’m in the same boat as @Pixeltim as my current wildpeaks are wearing faster than I would like and I will definitely need new tires before next winter. Other than the wear I have been super happy with the performance especially on the last icy outing. While I kinda want to get something more aggressive I really like having a 3peak mountain rated tire.
Decisions , decisions. At least I have some time.

I’ve been playing with the idea of getting some RT or MT’s for my stock wheels. But really don’t want to have to swap them back and forth.

I'll probably be going with Toyo AT3s on the Taco soon. @Thatbassguy you still liking your set?

Yes, very much! Since the taco won't be seeing a lot of trail use, I would recommend going with the SL load version, which has more siping. I will probably go with the SL version to replace mine, eventually, unless I decide to try those new Mickey Thompsons.

Yeah, interesting... I've been drooling over the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss ATs, but those Falken RTs look like something I should consider. I've probably mentioned it before, but the Firestone Destination AT2s I have are great in snow and ice, and what I'd really like to do is use those for winter and get new rims (probably 17") and put wheeling tires on them for the summer months.

I really need to get going on my wood shop projects for that cash flow...

I've got about 40000 miles on my Toyo AT3s and they are great so far but for my next tire I'm going Baja Boss AT.
The Bajas have 16/32 tread depth over the 13 on the Toyos

Whelp I just looked at the Mickeys...those might win out over the Toyos. Either way, both should be great tires.

It's true. @Sasquatch3153 and I made this determination after our last trip to Windrock
