True, but it’s not buckeye, and the pods are different on all of them.

Sweetgum/liquid amber - usually grown for fall foliage color. We had two and my dad always made us kids deal with those spiny ass balls.

House down the street has filled 2 of the roll off dumpsters and have a third in the yard from the folks that were living there for several years. They had 4 or 5 kids, don't know about pets though. Carpet was in the dumpster today.... :annoyed: Glad it's not my house....

Had a landscaping company come out to dethatch my lawn and aerate it. Cost $500 but they got at least 7 large trash bags of dead grass up before poking holes in the lawn. Today I laid down fertilizer and tested out the irrigation system to make sure it still works. Surprisingly it was a success all around.

I just don't understand how people can live like that. The condo smelled better after my dad passed away and he prob smoked 100k cigs in the unit over 10 years then these people there for 1 yr just completely ruined it...

I had voles not moles for a few years, then my then fiancé moved in with FrickFrack (hunter cat) and we have not had any issues since. He kills them pretty quick when they try to move back in. The other cat deals with the squirrels quite efficiently as well.
